Touch Of Blue is a punk men's or women's felt wool scarf that has bits of plastic built into the centre of it.

There are a few lines of stitching right through all the layers that add stability, texture, and a dash of whimsical insanity.

The plastic inside and threads outside are in a range of blues, mostly, and the wool used is black merino.
